Sales lead generation: appointment setting - lead tracking software - finally, a good one!

My favorite - pipelinedeals.com

Every day I have to make lots of calls and send lots of email messages. One of the biggest challenges is keeping it all organized. I've tried everything from Microsoft Outlook to 3 x 5 cards. I've tried expensive high-end CRM systems all the way to pencil and paper notebooks. Somehow, something that seems like it should be easy, is not. Why have I had such a hard time finding software that will help me keep track of my leads in a way that is easy, straight forward and simple? It does not seem like a lot to ask.

I finally found one that's working for me. It's called Pipeline Deals. It's a web-based software for managing the entire sales cycle. I only the use the lead management part of it. Here's what I really like about it. IT'S EASY TO USE. It's simple and not cluttered. It does not have a stress inducing user interface. I can easily see what's going on with all of my leads. I can tell what I have done and what I need to do next. You can just tell that it was designed by people who have actually done the sales job at some point in their past. It's not like most of the others that are basically over-jammed collections of "features." No, someone took the time to get it right.

Pipeline Deals does not get in your way. Instead it helps you get things done faster and helps you feel like you are on top of your work, instead of the other way around. Also, not that you'll need it but the support is also first rate. They are responsive and they care. Another plus, Pipeline Deals is very reasonably priced. If any of this sounds good to you, you should go take a look at Pipeline Deals.

Thanks Mitsu. Actually I tried PipeLineDeals and it's was ok but after some time I got really frustrated. It is really not friendly. I moved to PipeJump at pipejump.com and I'm really happy about it. Talk about EASY TO USE... this application is amazing in its simplicity. I still wait for them to add to-dos which they promised they will soon and then it will be just perfect.

I used to like pipelinedeals and then, they turned into this big mess. Now I don't even understand what I'm supposed to do. I'll check out the pipejump but for now I'm using a product called dashboard (getdashboard.com) I love it. It reminds me of gmail and I love the simplicity of it. worth a try.

Robert: Thank you for your comment. Thank you for the tip about getdashboard.com. It looks really good. It looks focused on sales lead management, which is more my beat, as opposed to full sales cycle management. I'm definitely going to give it a closer look. Thanks again.

Hmn, I think I wanna give this software a try. Do they have a free trial? I’d like to sort of test the waters first before I shell out money for it.

OMG Yes! Don't we always try out the newest thing that comes to us, and go through so many systems trying to find the "right one"?

Pipeline Deals actually looks really good, and is cheap too! I might even consider making the switch... again...
